Service Description

This is a ONE color (2-3 oz) application. Perfect for covering gray or changing the all-over hair color a couple of shades. If hair requires more than 2-3 oz of color, the client will be charged for additional color. *Preliminary consultation required. **ATJ Silk Press is included, different styles require an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

AS OF JANUARY 2023 Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $30 SENT VIA INVOICE. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount SENT VIA INVOICE. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of $30 SENT VIA INVOICE. CONFIRMATION CALLS/TEXTS As a courtesy, we will call/text/email and confirm your service appointments one- two business day(s) prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, OR unable to send a reminder in general, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. LATE ARRIVAL If you are late 10-15 minutes for your scheduled appointment, with notice, a late fee charge of $10 will apply. If you are late 20+ minutes for your scheduled appointment, with notice, a late fee of $15 will apply; however, without notice, after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment it will result in a cancelled appointment and the cancellation policy will be in effect.
